There are days when I open the newspaper or tv and see horryfying news of something bad happening to somebody! It is instances like these that we are sometimes forced to lose our hope in humanity but then just yesterday, while coming home, I witnessed this sweet scene. A common man, doing what was required of him at that time.
Just one random act of kindness at a time and the world will become a better place! Don’t loose the hope. Not just yet. There are good people in the world too! 🙂
I make it a point to click pictures of things and people that made a mark on my life. Even if it was for 2 seconds, they made a difference.
I met this kind lady while I was roaming in the Back streets of Shankar Market which is near Cannaught Place. I initiated the conversation asking her how she was and since when was this place her home. While I was talking to her and she was telling me stories about her family; she offered me Chai. She was even sweet enough to let me click pictures of her and her family and her dog. She told me that the dog has now become a part of the family as he always kept coming back to her because of the one time she gave him food.
She was kind out of just goodness of her heart.
It’s funny, isn’t it? How the less fortunate people have the most to give?
